We are happy to announce that Canadian Guard Janika Griffith Wallace (173cm/5‘8“) has signed with Flash Agency. Janika’s athleticism allows her to insert the major qualities of speed, agility, and strength into her game. She is an all around player who plays both sides of the court. Her willingness to put the ball in the basket, involve players around her on the offense, and her hyperactivity on defense makes her a major threat on the court. During her junior year, she was ranked nationally for steals averaging at 1.82 steals per game. She is a versatile scorer who is known to knock down mid-range jump shots, 3 pointers, and attack the basket aggressively. In addition to her tenacity in the paint, she doesn’t hesitate to create scoring opportunities for her teammates. Janika is finished her senior year in VCU averaging 8.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.8 steals per game. We would like to welcome Janika and wish her all the best!!! 

We are excited to announce that US Guard Taylor Jones (173cm/5'8'') has signed with OAX Chanion from Greece for the coming season. Taylor graduated from Oakland University (NCAA Division 1) and has international experience playing in Portugal, Bosnia, Puerto Rico, Ukraine, Iceland, Luxembourg and Finland. Taylor started last season with Fjolnir Reykjavik from Iceland where she was averaging 21.8ppg, 11.4rpg, 3.7apg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 46.6%, 3FGP: 20.5% and FT: 70.1% and then in January she moved to T71 Dudelange (Luxembourg-LBBL) averaging 18.6ppg, 8.1rpg, 2.3apg, 1.6spg, FGP: 52.6%, 3PT: 24.1% and FT: 62.4%. Shyia is a long athletic player who can play any position on the court. She can also score the ball in many different ways. She is able to knock down shots and attack defenders. Shyia’ has the ability to defend any position and get steals to create easy baskets for herself and teammates, by being aggressive with an unselfish like style of play. Shyia graduated from University of Texas at Arlington averaging 8.0ppg, 5.1rpg, 1.3apg, FGP: 53.8%, 3PT: 28.1% and FT:72.6%. We are happy to announce that US Forward/Post Taylor Hosendove (188cm/6‘2“) has signed with Flash Agency. Taylor Hosendove is a versatile player that spent two seasons at Georgia State, where she led the Panthers in scoring and rebounding each year. She played her first season of college basketball at Clemson in 2018. She can play both inside and out and do a little bit of everything. She is a skilled scorer — she can create her own shot on the perimeter and attack the basket. She has a lot of toughness in her game that can help every team. She has a nose for the basketball on the offensive glass, collecting an impressive offensive boards. We would like to welcome Taylor and wish her all the best!!!

We are excited to announce that US Guard/Forward Lyndsey Whilby (180 cm, 5’11”) has signed her first professional contract with Hibernians Basketball from Malta. Lyndsey is a tall, agile athlete with a wide range of scoring abilities. She has played NCAA Division 1 in Texas Tech, Purdue and KSU y. We are excited to announce that Cypriot/Serbian Forward Tijana Raca (183cm, 1997 born) has signed with OAX Chanion from Greece for the coming season. Tijana Raca is a strech forward that can cover both positions. She can shoot from outside, play inside the key, defend well and create for her teammates. She is a member of Cyprus Women's Basketball Team and has been studying in USA for Wyoming Cowgirl Basketball. She can score from distance and is “crafty” around the basket. Tijana understands the motion offence and makes her teammates better. She is a competitor and a tremendous teammate. After her graduation Tijana played for Anorthosis Ammohostou from Cyprus for 4 consecutive years and last year she finished with 15.0ppg, 6.1rpg, 2.6apg, 1.9spg, FGP: 42.7%, 3PT: 32.0% and FT: 77.4%. We are happy to announce that N. Macedonian Combo Guard Ilina Selcova (176cm/5‘10“) has signed with Flash Agency. Ilina is a guard who can put the ball in the basket in a variety of ways and has an amazing court vision. She can be a slash shooting guard and a point guard who can organize the game if needed. Also she has an interesting gift for taking rebounds with her 176 cm and she really like to pass on low post. She has a great mid-range jumper and also dangerous from 3pts line. In addition to being a point guard she loves to share the ball and playing amazing defense. Ilina can create in variety of ways for the team and also she can help with scoring the ball when its needed. She is also good at playing P&R and has a great jump shoot after it. Outside the court she is good motivator and always pushing her teammates. She is a member of Northern Macedonia Women’s National Team and has international experience as she played several seasons for Pecs PEAC from Hungary. We are happy to announce that Nigerian Guard Ifunanya Okoro has signed with Flash Agency. Ifunanya is an elite  guard, a legit 3 point shooter and a slasher. She can finish off with both hands and is an excellent pace setter. Ify is a great defender, a hard working player and an awesome teammate. Milena is quite strong under basket, a good rebounder and she can always find the free player with her excellent passing skills. Shaiquel “Shai” McGruder was born October 13, 1999, in Dayton, Ohio. Shai began playing basketball in the 5th grade, and immediately grew a love for the sport that has continued. Shaiquel earned her first collegiate look as a Freshman, from Ohio State University and University of Indiana– University of Dayton; University of Kentucky; and others shortly followed. Shai has built a resume that she has continued to add to over the years throughout high school and into collegiate play. Shai has an exceptionally high motor that she has become known for and makes players defending her a challenge. Shaiquel McGruder has always danced to a different tune. The beat picks up after tip-off. The Lobos’ ultra-athletic 6-foot forward then employs her unusual skill to amplify appreciation of fans and cause headaches for opposing coaching staffs. Shai has accumulated several awards, recognitions and accolades that span from high school and throughout her collegiate career. Shai joined the 1000 point club in both her high school and collegiate career. Shai has developed her leadership abilities on both platforms. Leading in scoring, rebounds, steals, blocks, and field goal percentage throughout high school– it would come as no shock for her to do the same at the University of New Mexico. Finishing with a highly decorated list of accomplishments, this 5th year senior leaves behind her mark at UNM, having joined the history rankings of record holders.
