Known for her athleticism, skill, and leadership on the court, Mackenzie brings a dynamic presence and a strong work ethic that aligns perfectly with the values of Flash Agency. A standout player for Saint Joseph’s University, Mackenzie Smith has cemented herself as one of the program’s all-time greats. Known for her sharpshooting ability, Smith ranks third in program history in career three-point percentage (.387) and holds two top-10 single-season marks—.417 in 2023-24 (6th) and .409 in 2024-25 (10th). Across a decorated collegiate career, the Shelburne, Nova Scotia native has been named to multiple Atlantic 10 All-Conference and All-Big 5 Teams, imprinting her name within the record book while leaving a lasting legacy on Hawk Hill. We are excited to represent Mackenzie as she takes the next steps in her professional career and look forward to supporting her journey both on and off the court. Flash Agency is proud to welcome US Forward/Center Emilie Chmiel (188cm, 6’2’’), a talented U.S. forward from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, to our roster of athletes! Emilie has made a name for herself with her dynamic playing style, scoring ability, and relentless work ethic on the court. As a standout performer at ESU, she has consistently demonstrated leadership and a high basketball IQ, making her a valuable addition to any team. Emily is a double-double machine, leading NCAA Division II with 24 in 28 games, due to her knack for positioning and tenacity on both ends. We are thrilled to support Emilie as she embarks on her professional journey and look forward to helping her take her game to the international stage. In her senior season she finished averaging 22.3ppg, 12.3rpg, 0.9apg, 1.4bpg, 1.1spg, FGP: 52.0% and FT: 77.4%

She can hurt defenses in multiple ways—whether it's posting up smaller guards, knocking down three-pointers with confidence, or attacking the basket, which is her strongest weapon. Her relentless ability to get downhill makes her a constant threat in the half-court and in transition. A true two-way player, she thrives on the defensive end with quick hands and feet, consistently creating steals, deflections, and even blocks from the perimeter. Her defensive instincts and hustle help set the tone for her team. Offensively, she shines in transition, running the floor hard and making plays for herself and others.Over her four-year collegiate career, she eclipsed the 1,000-point mark and finished among the top 10 scorers in the Mid-American Conference, a testament to her consistency and impact. Flash Agency officially signs US Forward Cali Clark (191cm, 6’3’’) from Centennial, Colorado. Cali played 5 years College Basketball in NCAA Division I and especially four years Colorado State University and her last season in San Diego State. She is a dynamic and disciplined forward known for her aggressive presence on both ends of the floor. A right-handed player who confidently uses both hands, she brings a rare blend of power and finesse to the game. Her rebounding and defensive instincts are top-tier, making her a reliable anchor in the paint. What sets Cali apart is her versatility—able to stretch the floor with a consistent outside shot, she creates space and opportunities for teammates with her high basketball IQ and sharp passing ability. Her impact is felt immediately when she steps on the court; her ability to operate both inside and out elevates team efficiency and opens up the offense in critical moments. Cali is the kind of player who doesn’t just play the game she shifts the momentum.

Flash Agency officially signs US Forward Jillian Hayes (185cm, 6’1’’) from Cincinnati, Ohio. Jil comes from athletic bloodlines: her father, Jonathan, was a former NFL player with the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers , assistant coach with the Cincinnati Bengals and recent head coach with the XFL's St. Louis BattleHawks ; her mother, Kristi, was the 1995 Missouri Valley Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Year at Drake and scored over 3,400 points in high school; and her brother, Jaxson, who played at Texas, was the eighth overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks and currently plays for the Los Angeles Lakers. Jil is a very versatile player that can cover the 4 and 5 positions. A multitalented player that can score, pass, rebound, create for her self and for her teammates. She has a good mid and long range shoot, can play face to the basket but also back to the basket. In her five years in College she stayed loyal to the program of Cincinnati Bearcats and is one of the most successful players in the history of the program.

Flash Agency is happy to announce that Pedro Salazar will be the newest member of our team. Pedro a native Portuguese is an ex professional basketball coach with a passion for statistics and data analysis. Since April 2025 he is working as an agent/recruiter. His coaching career of several years and includes experience at various levels and teams in Portugal, with a special focus on women's basketball. During his coaching career, he has used Flash Agency on several occasions to recruit players for the teams he has worked with. His analytical background and knowledge of the game are an asset to the agency. He is also known for having brought the league's MVP to Portugal in the last two years. Pedro has a degree in economics. Pedro is going to work for Flash Agency as Basketball Agent and help the agency to grow even more. Welcome Pedro and we are very happy to have you with us.
Flash Agency officially signs US Forward Zarria Carter (185cm, 6’1’’) from Bellflower, California. Zarria exemplifies what a basketball player should strive to be. Her determination, and drive are unparalleled. She is a high level speedy forward, with both post up, and face up moves to produce baskets at a high percentage, even through contact. She has a polished mid-range shot. Her explosive jumping ability allows her to shoot comfortably over most defenders. It’s also a huge proponent of her rebounding. She is very quick off the floor to snatch rebounds in dominating fashion. Her long frame, and speed cause problems for offenses. Zarria will take a charge, get the steal, or block shots on defense. She is a natural leader, and her teammates respond well to her leadership.

Flash Agency officially signs US Forward Kylee Blacksten (191cm,6’3’’) from Colorado Springs, Colorado. Blacksten played college basketball for two seasons at Colorado and three years for West Virginia University. Kylee has a versatile skillset, can shoot, play face to the basket and post up. She is also a versatile defender, as she is able to guard multiple positions as well. Kylee is a high energy young lady who is highly motivated, a great teammate and a very coachable player. What is remarkable to mention is that Kylee played for two top great top schools in two of the top conferences of the country PAC 12 and Big 12.

Flash Agency officially signs US Forward Skylar Treadwell (188cm, 6’2’’) from Maryland, USA. Skylar possesses the skill set of both a guard and post player capable of scoring at all three levels. She can effectively score attacking the basket, pulling up for a jump shot or knocking down three point shots. She has the ball-handling, passing and court vision of a guard, but also the size, strength and post moves of a post player, allowing her to play multiple positions and exploit mismatches. She is a tenacious defender and able to guard players of various sizes and positions, using her athleticism, size, and quickness to disrupt opponents and make plays on both ends of the court. .
