Flash Agency is excited to announce that our client, US Forward/Post Emily Chmiel (188cm/6'2''), has signed with Basket Ostrava from the ZBL in the Czech Republic for the 2025-2026 season Emily joins Ostrava after an outstanding collegiate career, capped by a historic senior season at East Stroudsburg University where she led NCAA Division II in double-doubles with 24 in 28 games. A dominant force in the paint, she averaged 22.3 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game on an impressive 52% shooting, while knocking down 77% from the free-throw line. Her relentless work ethic, physical interior presence, and ability to control the boards make her one of the most impactful post players of her class. Over her career at Chestnut Hill College and East Stroudsburg, Emily became known for her old-school post moves, mid-range touch, and defensive rim protection. She holds multiple ESU records, including single-season scoring, double-doubles, and consecutive 20+ point games.
