Flash Agency is excited to announce the signing of Lauren Carter, a 6’0’’ American Guard/Forward who brings versatility, toughness, and high-level two-way impact to our roster. Born on 04.01.2000 in Greensboro, NC, Lauren is a modern wing who can do a bit of everything on the floor. A true three-level scorer, she can create her own shot, attack in transition, finish through contact, punish mismatches in the post, and space the floor with her perimeter shooting. She reads the game extremely well, makes smart passes, and consistently helps her teammates get easier looks, showing the feel and maturity of a high-IQ playmaker. On the defensive end, Lauren is a physical and disciplined multi-position defender, able to guard guards and forwards, disrupt passing lanes, and contest shots with length, timing, and effort. Coaches praise her leadership, communication, professionalism, and competitiveness, making her an ideal starter and high-minute rotation player at the international level. Lauren’s path includes NCAA experience with Campbell University, Morehead State University, and Appalachian State University, followed by a strong professional season with Junior 06 Moni Bau Prizren (Kosovo, Superliga), where she averaged 21.9 points, 11.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.9 steals per game, before moving in February 2026 to Partizani Tirana (Albania, Superliga).
