Flash Agency is excited to announce the signing of US guard Taylor O'Brien (175cm/5'9'') to our roster of players. Taylor O'Brien is an extremely long and athletic guard who can score in multiple ways and impact the game on both ends of the floor. She was one of the best in the nation at getting into the lane and elevating over defenders for her mid-range jumper, while also being a consistent threat from the 3-point line. In addition to being a prolific scorer, she has a unique knack for generating steals and turning them into easy transition baskets. A team-oriented player, Taylor creates opportunities for her teammates through her aggressive yet unselfish style of play. She is also relentless on the boards and is known for giving 100% every single game. Taylor comes from Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, and Plymouth Whitemarsh High School, before enjoying an impressive college career. At Bucknell University, she steadily developed into one of the Patriot League’s top players, averaging 16.7 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.2 steals per game in 2021-2022. She then competed in the ACC with Florida State University, where she brought her scoring, defensive intensity and energy to one of the strongest conferences in NCAA basketball.
Professionally, Taylor continued her rise in the United Kingdom. With Leicester Riders in 2023-2024, she posted 16.7 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game. In 2024-2025 with Essex Rebels in the WSLB, she ranked among the league’s top scorers with 19.4 points, adding 5.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.5 steals per game on 52.1% from the field and 79.8% from the line. She is currently playing for LES LOUVES DE ST DELPHIN in France, continuing to showcase her scoring ability, versatility and two-way impact.
Her career is highlighted by numerous awards and distinctions, including Patriot League titles and multiple All-Patriot League First Team selections, along with Eurobasket.com honors in the British WBBL and WSLB. Taylor has been recognized as Player of the Week in both the WBBL and WSLB and has reached the semifinals of major domestic competitions in England.
