Marie is a pass-first point guard who can create for her teammates as well as for herself when needed. She plays aggressively off-ball screens, gets to two feet in the paint, and has good footwork in the paint for her size. Her 4.5 assists per game in NCAA Division I were among the best in her conference. On defense, she disrupts with her energy and instincts; she is very vocal on both ends of the court and an extension of the coach on the floor. Marie is a team player who wants to share the ball and get everyone involved in the game but doesn’t hesitate to create shots for herself if needed.
